Hon. Sylvester Wanjuzi-Wasieba is a senior politician with extensive professional experience in architecture and public administration. Hon. Wanjusi Wasieba began his political career as a Delegate to the Constituent Assembly which was tasked with reviewing and drafting the Constitution of the Republic in 1994. He was later appointed as a Member of the National Resistance Council.

Mrs. Dorcas Wagima Okalany has vast experience in administration.  she has been the  Accounting Officer/ Permanent Secretary Ministry of Lands Housing and Urban Development from 2016 to date .She was also Accounting Officer of the Judiciary/Secretary to the  from 2008-2016

Mr. Patrick Ocailap is a seasoned Economist. Appointed as the Deputy Secretary to the Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development in July 2013 to date, He’s done a tremendous job in the formulation of policies necessary for Uganda and East African Community Monetary Union’s economic growth.He was the Director budget and Commissioner Aid Liaison Department in the Ministry of Finance. He joined the NHCC Board in 2013.
