How to Buy

Available Payment Schemes

01.

Outright Purchase

Under this option the purchaser shall pay 100% of the purchase price on offer.

02.

Phased Payments

At least 20% initial deposit with in 14 days from the date of offer, 40% payable at shell level and 40% payable on completion of turnkey

03.

Staggered pricing/Discount on selling prices

It is NHCCL policy to offer discounted prices to customers depositing on project units before or while in construction.

04.

Rent To Own

Pay 50% of the unit purchase price and agree to an a amortisation schedule not more than three years from the time of project completion.
